We've got a 2019 Land Rover Discovery Sport and the AC has started doing this weird thing where the driver side blows ice cold but the passenger side is noticeably warmer, almost like the dual zone system is confused. I've tried resetting the climate control by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes but no luck. A friend sent me a link with some detailed info about common Land Rover AC issues, I think it was
https://caracrepairsharjah.ae/brands/land-rover/ but I'm still not sure if this points to a bad blend door actuator or something more serious like a low refrigerant charge affecting one side more than the other. Before I rip the dashboard apart or pay for an expensive diagnosis, has anyone here fixed this exact problem on a Discovery or Evoque? Would love to know what the actual fix cost before I go down the rabbit hole.
